Creative/Advertising Request Form

It takes only a few minutes ❤

Please ensure that your request is complete and as detailed as possible. This will ensure a smooth and efficient handling and will avoid unnecessary costs.
For a new tool creation, we will determine in each case whether this is a tool that can benefit the entire TLGE network.
Prep your request:
1) Tool inspiration. Take a look on MXP to see what's possible to customize yourself or check out the layouts that have been already created. Click here.
2) Content. Gather all the info needed for your request: dimensions, content (title, description, call-to-action), contact info, photos wanted.
3) Print via PrintCarrier. Check out first if your tool can be printed via PrintCarrier. If it is the case, please add in your request the link to that product.
4) Print locally. Contact your local printers and ask for technical specs: Bleeds & trim marks, Scale for the final file, Type of file (eps, gif, jpeg, pdf), etc. In some cases, they are able to send the exact template needed to create the tool.
5) Online. Contact your agency for more details about dimensions, resolution and other specs.
6) Ready? You can now fill out the form and attached all the documentation needed (you can upload a compressed ZIP as well).

Happy advertising!

10) Scale for the final file. Available only for bigger formats than A0 (= your schedule board) such as billboards, window stickers, etc. Check this info with your local printer.
Please precise the scale: __ % (example: 10%, 25%, 50%, 100%, etc.)

12) Dimensions for online tools: mm (height) x mm (width)

13) Resolution in dpi/ppi for online tools.

Please write down the photo number/name or upload the example you want to use.

24) Upload: (1) handwritten notes on existing templates, (2) technical specs from your printer, (3) document with translations, (4) photos supporting your request (mandatory for big format tools), (5) document with more details and specs or (6) a compressed folder in a ZIP.
